The New York Local Interest Group (nyLIG) is a membership oriented association dedicated to the advancement of IT Service Management best practices through knowledge sharing, education and networking opportunities.
The goal of this website is to provide our members, potential members and industry professionals with useful information on their journey to learn more about the implementation and benefits of IT Service Management for their organizations.
We want to succeed and in pursuit of that goal we are providing you with an online meeting place to share ideas, ask questions, find links and even publish articles about Service Management and ITIL.
